我是兩大兩小入住 沒有額外收取費用 房間床夠睡 空間對比國內肯定沒得比 比起日本來算算不錯的了 一樓有兩個入口所以打車出門的話一定要注意有可能司機會在另外一個門等 朝後麪的門這邊有好幾家不錯的吃的店開的也挺晚 樓下就是勞力士和歐米伽的店位置沒得説了 下樓過馬路走過一個街區就是中央區最最繁華的地方了 早餐沒吃因為起不來所以也不清楚了反正

我要吹爆這是我住過最chill的W
位置：就在心齋橋附近，下樓幾百米距離內，就有各種咖啡店，潮牌店，大牌店，應有盡有。非常方便。
設施：酒店的裝潢非常時尚，非常年輕化，讓人心情愉悅。房間的設施也是細節滿滿，是我住過的各個w酒店里最用心的一家。感覺不像住酒店，而是住進了一個時尚設計師的家。
Spa：選擇了90分鐘的項目，手法非常專業，很舒服，讓人整個放松下來。結束之後，還可以泡一下溫泉，松弛感拉滿。
早餐：住之前看評論説早餐單調，但對於健身的我來説綽綽有余。西式居多，沙拉的品類很多，也有一些洋食，拉麪，飯團什麼的。最主要的是，煎蛋，根據客人的不同需求，預先煎好了一些在保溫架上，避免了在操作枱前的等待。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，床品很舒適。黑色的拖鞋黑色的浴袍黑色的棉簽棒，讓我覺得很時尚，好喜歡。
服務：服務也都是有求必應。就是來的比較早，跟前臺説有房間了就打電話給我，直到下午三點也沒接到電話。哈～
健身房：去過那麼多酒店的健身房，這是第一個健身房的跑步機用透明玻璃隔板隔開的，細節滿滿。健身的器械也算齊全。
整體來説，來大阪的話，就強推這個酒店。滿足了我所有的需求。

Newer hotel located close to Shinsaibashi. The decor is fun and lively with well equipped amenities and great service that is customary in Japan.

Very stylish and cool Hotel. The checkin is a little but confuse but that's Ok. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast is not so good and a little bit crowded.
The people from hotel are very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel.

Service from housekeeping staff is good as frequent request of ice always comes within 5min. However such a big hotel yet there isn’t any gift provided as compare to all other hotel that we stay where they provide gift cards or chocolate for our honeymoon. And the breakfast wasn’t that great. Thankfully did not request for other days. Such a let down on a big hotel.
